Our first stop was Austin to drop off SPL.  He was spending 3 days with his cousins, aunt, uncle and Nan *by himself* for the first time :).  They were awesome to celebrate his birthday with cupcakes.  Yum! 

After a few days of time by himself with his cousins, aunt, and uncle, ZBL and I joined them in Austin for the weekend.  We had a great time hanging out: playing at the neighborhood park, playing with the recycle material that Nan had saved for Z, and trying to stay cool (though it was “only in the 90s” :).  f
